Prices are for the entire weekend, not per night.
Private + Bath - $280
Private - $240
Queen in shared room - $200
Bunk - $100
Couch - $50
Registration includes all 3 nights (Thursday, Friday, Saturday). You may arrive any day. Your bed will be held until you arrive!
Barracks rooms feature many beds (not private) and have access to common area restrooms/baths.
Maximum occupancy is 32.
*Depending on how other rooms are occupied, some private rooms could sleep 3 people.

Private rooms are limited. We prefer not to put single folks in a private room that sleeps 2. Sleeping 1 in a space for 2 limits overall attendance. Totally understand if you value your privacy, though.
Beds are for Gamers! The weekend is all about getting folks together to play board games. Sleeping space is limited and priority goes to those who will participate in the gaming festivities. Please don't book beds for people who don't wish to play; there are better times and places to do a true beach weekend.
Registration is non-refundable but it is transferable. If your plans change and you can't attend, there's likely someone who will buy your spot!
